Donald L. Seagle

Education
Donald L. Seagle graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with majors in Chemistry and Biology, and completed post graduate work at Chattanooga State Technical College in Technical Report Writing, Polymer Chemistry and Computer Programming.

Accomplishments
U.S. Patent was awarded to Donald L. Seagle, Sludge Dewatering, Patent 5,104,552.
Donald was the first staff member at Cytec Industries to be promoted to the highest level of technical achievement in water treatment.

Experience
Mr. Seagle was Plant Manager at BASF plant on Plymer Drive, Chattanooga, TN USA.;
General Manager of the Colox Corporation chemical complex in Ringgold, GA, USA.;
Certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Water Environmental Federation (WEA) Industrial Pre-Treatment, Chicago, IL - 2003. Mr. Seagle was responsible for the waste water treatment plant and reported to the City of Chattanooga, the State and Federal EPA on these plant's discharge permits.

Major Projects of H2O Transformers, Water Environmental Consultants

• City of Chattanooga, Tn. Moccasin Bend Wastewater Treatment - regional facility. Ms. Alice Cannella, Plant Superintendent 423/757-5026 Saved the City of Chattanooga, Tn. $260,000 per year on its polymers. Hired as a consultant to manage all polymer applications including full plant trials and recommendation to award polymer business valued over $500,000 annually.
