H2O Transformers (H2OT), offer water environmental consulting and technical services specializing in our customers' current needs and future water treating needs. H2OT was founded by Donald L. Seagle in July, 2002 to meet the needs of the worldwide increase in polymer applications.

Water-soluble, cationic polymers are used extensively in water and wastewater treatment plants across the United States and worldwide, primarily to improve the processes of thickening/dewatering, oil/water separation and water filtration.
